SHIIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICIES

We ship inside the continental US.

Shipping times:

• Orders placed before 12:00 pm CST Monday thru Wednesday ship the same day and are delivered within 48 hours. You will be advised of any delay that may occur due to availability or other circumstances.
• Orders placed Wednesday after 12:00 pm CST through Monday 12:00 pm CST ship on Monday.

Shipping restrictions:

• For guaranteed next day delivery, please notify in the comments field. Someone will contact you for extra shipping charges that will occur.
• If you require someone to be present to accept delivery of your order, please notify also in the comments field. Otherwise, the package will be left at your front door without any signature required.

To ensure quality, we ship in insulated boxes with dry ice. But we won't be held responsible for any damage occurred to the products after scheduled time of delivery.

Returns and exchanges:

We will issue full credit for any missing or damaged product.
