Mustards, Vinegars and Condiments
Maille mustard is faithful to the authentic Dijon mustard recipe, using only Brassica Nigra and Brassica Juncea seeds. Maille cornichons are hand picked and selected for their optimum crispness. Tarragon and mustard seeds go into the brine to give this original recipe a well-known, subtle and balanced flavor.
Maille vinegar has been selected from the finest vinegar from France.

Breads, Croissants, Danishes and Muffins
Bread pre-baked on a stone oven. Includes a range of special breads, small breads and baguette baked on a refractory stone.

Extensive range of goat cheese and mozzarella in fresh forms that are sliced and then individually frozen

Pasta and Rice
A delicious tiny gourmet pasta stuffed with Comte cheese and parsley. The pasta is made of thin soft wheat semolina dough, which cooks in less than 10 minutes.
