Marinated Zucchini & Flageolet Salad
1 lb Grilled Zucchini Slices
1/2 lb Flageolets X-Fine
2 tbsp Parsley
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Grated Rind of 1 Lemon
Juice from 2 Lemons
Salt and Pepper
- 1. Cook the flageolets according to package directions.
- 2. Toss all ingredients together and marinate for 1 hour.
- 3. Taste with Salt and Pepper.
- 4. Serving immediatly.
