Roast rack of lamb with honey and whole grain mustard

1 rack of lamb
2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1,8lb small potatoes
1 small bunch asparagus
12 oz cherry tomatoes
1 sprig rosemary
Oil
salt and pepper
• Mix the mustard and honey and brush over the rack of lamb. Season with salt
• Place on a baking sheet.
• Arrange the washed potatoes and cherry tomatoes around it.
• Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with a little chopped rosemary.
• Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the green asparagus (cut off the base only) and continue cooking.
