Le Bec Fin

Founded in 1999, Le Bec Fin began as a small-scale charcuterie kitchen in Linden, New Jersey, with a clear mission: to bring the time-honored flavors of French charcuterie to the American table. Specializing in authentic saucissons sec, pâtés, rillettes, sausages, and premade French meals, the brand quickly earned a local reputation for craftsmanship rooted in French tradition.

Today, Le Bec Fin operates out of Hudson Foods Venture, a newly constructed, state-of-the-art meat processing facility in Hudson, New York. Developed in 2024, the facility is complete with a blast freezer, full commercial kitchen, an aging room, and more. With a focus on premium meats from local farms, the facility represents a new chapter for Le Bec Fin, and for the city of Hudson itself, revitalizing its historic manufacturing roots and creating new jobs in the region.

 

Our specialty product line features authentic French sausages and charcuterie, as well as chef-prepared ready meals and foie gras. Crafted for convenience and quality, our products are designed to elevate your menu and simplify food service operations. Retail portions and private label options are also available upon request.
