PREPARATION

  1. Cut the onion and cook it with ghee or neutral oil on a pan. Add garlic and ginger with the garam masala. Add the red lentils and mix.
  2. Add the coconut milk and the peeled tomatoes previously cut on large cubes.
  3. Cover the pan and let it stew for around 20 min. Mix regularly.
  4. Cook the rice in parallel.
  5. In the end, add the baby spinach and let them cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
  6. Serve with rice and slices of lemon.
