PREPARATION
- Assemble all ingredients to make the Tzatziki sauce. Keep refrigerated
- Pan-fry or oven cook the Super Green Burger at 180C to a core temperature of 75C3.
- First warm Vegan bottom bun.
- Add 1 tsp of Tzatziki sauce, top with Baby gem lettuce, add some fried onions, top with cooked Plant-It Super Green Burger.
- Add some sliced cucumber, a tsp of Tzatziki sauce and cover with the Bun top.
Serve with a seasonal salad.
